Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and enquiries
These terms apply to the services presented on avatarstudio.hu. Our work is primarily for companies and customers acting for business purposes. Sending the quote form is an enquiry: it does not place an order, create a payment obligation or conclude a contract. If you represent an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.
2. Services
We create product images, lifestyle visuals, AI-presenter videos and animated ads for online stores; enhance existing property and accommodation photographs and create videos from them; and build or refresh business websites with copy and visual content. Ecommerce systems, booking systems, hosting, domains, ongoing maintenance and complex custom applications are included only when expressly listed in the agreed proposal.
3. Your project agreement
Before work begins, we agree in writing on scope, quantities, formats, languages, intended channels, deliverable files, review and revision arrangements, price, payment terms and timing. A contract is formed when you expressly accept the individual proposal and we confirm it, on the terms stated there. Revision allowances and any additional work are agreed in advance. The individual agreement takes precedence over these general terms where they differ, subject to mandatory law.
4. Fees and ongoing content
Services are quoted individually. Demonstrations on this website do not establish a fixed package price. The accepted proposal specifies the full fee, currency, tax treatment, any deposit and payment schedule. Ecommerce content can be commissioned as a one-off project or monthly collaboration. For ongoing work, we separately agree on content quantities, the service period, renewal and termination. An enquiry does not start a subscription. Previous avatar-video prices or subscription conditions do not automatically apply to these services.
5. Materials and cooperation
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product details, property information, photographs, logos, copy and claims you supply, and for your right to share them. Supply only material you are authorised to use, with any necessary permissions. Replicating a person's likeness or voice requires separate, demonstrable authorisation. Access credentials are exchanged through an agreed secure method, never through the quote form. If materials or feedback are delayed, we discuss any effect on the schedule.
6. AI content and property photographs
AI supports production, and we review the work before delivery. An AI presenter is not a real customer and must not be used to present invented customer experiences as genuine. Property photo enhancement preserves real features: it must not depict new windows, furniture, views or other attributes as existing. A video made from photographs presents atmosphere and details; it is not a measurable, interactive 3D tour. Fictional products, properties and businesses shown on this website are demonstrations, not client references.
7. Review, revisions and delivery
We present the work for review. Before publication, we review business facts, product specifications, accurate property presentation, contact details and usage claims with you. Final files or the completed website are delivered as agreed. A substantial expansion of scope, a new creative direction or another language version requires a separate discussion. Report defects to hello@mikloskovacs.io. These terms do not exclude your rights relating to defective performance under the contract and applicable law.
8. Usage rights
You retain rights in the source material you supply and authorise us to use it as needed to deliver your project. You receive the agreed business usage rights in final deliverables, subject to the payment terms in the proposal. Editable project files, source code, licences and third-party elements are addressed separately. We do not promise exclusive copyright protection or uniqueness for AI-generated elements. We use your name, logo or completed work as a public reference only with separate permission.
9. Cancellation and consumer rights
Changes or cancellation are discussed in writing. Payment for work already carried out and agreed costs already incurred is governed by the individual agreement and applicable law; there is no blanket exclusion of refunds. If you intend to order as a consumer rather than for business purposes, tell us before contracting. We will provide the required pre-contract information and applicable rights, including a 14-day withdrawal or cancellation right where relevant. The enquiry form does not replace any express request to begin early or acknowledgement required for the loss of a statutory right.
10. Outcomes and external services
Our deliverable is the content or website agreed for your project. We do not guarantee revenue, bookings, conversion increases, advertising approval or search rankings. Changes to third-party platforms, AI tools or hosting can affect use; relevant known licence and operating conditions are addressed for each project. This does not remove responsibility for our own contractual performance or restrict rights protected by mandatory law.
11. Contact, complaints and governing law

Hungarian law governs the agreement, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. We seek to resolve disputes through discussion, without restricting access to courts or supervisory authorities. Updated terms apply to later agreements and do not retrospectively change an existing contract.
